December 2025 Update 

TRAVEL SOCCER INDOOR CLINICS: Swarthmore Soccer Club will hold indoor training clinics for travel-age soccer players  (birth year 2017-2013) at the new WSFS Bank Sportsplex in Chester. Join Coach Silvina Ocampo for 1 or all of the training sessions designed to develop skills in the off season. Clinics will be help Sunday mornings so as to not conflict with winter sports.  Information and registration HERE.

HYL WINTER 2 INDOOR TRAINING CLINICS: Registration opens tomorrow for another session of HYL’s winter indoor training clinics – on Thursdays in January and February!  This program is open to girls in grades 5-8 and boys in grades 3-8. Information and registration HERE.
 

HYL SPRING LACROSSE REGISTRATION: Haven Youth Lacrosse spring registration for boys and girls in grades 3-8 is now open through January 12th!  Register now and secure a spot!  Complete information and registration for boys is HERE and girls is HERE.  

NEW TO SRA – DISC GOLF 

SRA is thrilled to bring you new programs in the growing sport of disc golf in conjunction with GlidePath Disc Sports. Here is your chance to join in some winter fun with the local disc golf community with 2 family-friendly programs.  Introduction to Disc Golf will teach you the fundamentals of throwing, putting, course etiquette, and safe play and is open to youths and adults. Information and registration is HERE. Disc Golf Flight Club is a group outting designed for youth and adults and families who want a relaxed, supportive, and guided disc golf experience. SRA MOUNTAIN BIKING:
SRA Mountain biking will have their next ride on Sunday, November 2nd at 11AM. This is fun for the family!  More information and registration is HERE.

CALLING SRA SPORTS MENTORS AND CAMP COUNSELORS:

SRA is looking for some volunteer teen help for its New Year’s Day 5K on the morning of January 1, 2026. Help with registration, shirt distribution, race set-up, and babysitting is needed. All volunteers will receive a race shirt.  Sign up HERE if you can help. 

ADULT VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE: SRA is hosting an adult volleyball league this winter at the beautiful WSFS Bank Sportplex in Chester on Saturdays in January – March 2026.  Grab your friends and register your team before January 5th.  All details are HERE.
