Get outside this winter and try the newest Olympic sport in a low-key environment. Flag football offers 8 weeks of outdoor pick up games for boys and girls in kindergarten through eighth grade. Younger players will receive more instruction while older kids will primarily play games.
Players in grades K/1 and 2/3 will play on Saturdays on Gouley Field at Plush Mill Road in Wallingford. Players in grades 4/5 and 6-8 will play on Sundays on Gouley Field.
We are planning another 6-week program for late winter (to run February and March.)

Ryan Benson, a native of South Media, graduated from Strath Haven High School in 2003. Currently, he serves at Swarthmore Borough Public Works and is entering his 9th season as a football coach at Archbishop Carroll. Previously, Ryan coached at Holy Cross Middle School. During his tenure at Strath Haven, Ryan played football from 1999-2000, contributing to two state title runs. He has trained numerous youths in the Tri-State and Delco areas, making him a valuable asset to SRA’s flag football program.
