Volleyball Clinic: Learn to Play and Skill Development

For Adults and Teens

This 8-week volleyball skill clinic is designed to teach adults and teens how to play volleyball as well provide skills coaching and development for the intermediate player. Taught by former collegiate player, Sawyer Woodworth, will introduce techniques and fine-tune your skills to help you master this game so you can have a go at recreational league play. Sawyer is excited to work with the community and share her love for volleyball in a fun, supportive way.

WHO: Teens and adults, new and intermediate players, aged 13+

WHEN: Mondays, 5:15-6:30 p.m. Beginning September 8 and running through November 3 (8 sessions – no session October 29) 

WHERE: Swarthmore-Rutledge School Gym, Swarthmore, PA

PROGRAM DIRECTOR: Sawyer Woodworth

A small-town Kansas native, Sawyer was a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in volleyball, basketball, and softball, and earning All-League honors. She went on to play collegiate volleyball on scholarship at Labette Community College before continuing her career at William Penn University, where she earned a degree in Sport & Recreation Management and a master’s in Business Leadership.

REGISTRATION FEE: $160. Registration to open Friday, August 22nd and space is limited.
