The Swarthmore Soccer Club hires trainers to run clinics for our travel soccer program. These trainers are teen and older players who engage with our players to advance their technical and field abilities. In order to be eligible to participate as a trainer, teens must participate in this preparation course, taught by Terry Lynch. The course focuses on skills and drills, pedagogical underpinnings, and guidelines for appropriate engagement with young players.
WHO: Teen and adult soccer players interested in earning extra money by working as trainers for the Swarthmore Soccer Club; trainers should have soccer experience up to at least a middle school level but need not be varsity players
