  • Stay Strong and Recovered In-Season 
  • Open House to Meet Your Coach

WHO: Teens aged 13-18, athletes and non athletes welcome!

WHEN: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 1:00 p.m., July 1 through August 7 (6 weeks) (makeup sessions on Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.)
